I had the best experience at prom affair. They had a great selection, especially for ballgowns. The dresses were very high quality and they had lots of different designers. For people looking for discounted dresses they also had a big selection. The workers were so kind and professional and was the best service I have had. They also wanted to be sure I was going to order the right size and everything overall went very smoothly. They also have a tailor that they recommend which I appreciate. Wow!! What an exceptional experience we had at Prom Affair when hunting for my daughter’s grad dress. We arrived early for our appointment, but Ashley made us feel so welcomed and she was so helpful in finding “the dress”! The staff weren’t pushy and made my daughter feel beautiful ❤️. I highly recommend stopping here as the first shop on your list, you won’t be disappointed - the dresses are phenomenal and the customer service is far beyond expectations!!

The most amazing and perfect experience I could have asked for! Walked in and was immediately explained the process of the store and how everything worked and then was left to explore with my mom and I. While walking around, workers came by to grab dresses off our hands that I was interested in trying on and when it came time to go to the fitting rooms, an associate helped throughout the entire process by organizing the dresses, tightening and undoing each dress, and laying out the skirt flow. Everyone at Prom Affair was so incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and caring throughout the entire process. Due to my dress being discontinued, I even walked out with my dress the same day!!!! Everything was perfect and flawless, I could not have asked for a better experience!

We were greeted when we arrived I did pay for a private session as we drove quite a distance to get there and I wanted to make sure my daughter had a variety of gowns to choose from it was such an amazing experience for her. Mahek was so amazing with my daughter she understood what my daughter was looking for and helped her pick gowns and try gowns on. She never seemed bothered with my daughter wanting to try the same dress on multiple times to make sure that it was the one she wanted. She respected my price range and there was no pressure whatsoever my daughter ended up finding her prom gown and was so excited about it I definitely recommend this location as they had hundreds and hundreds of gowns to choose from and they had them all by different styles so we only had to go to one place because my daughter knew what style she was looking for they had a private area for us with snacks and drinks and it was worth every penny I spent on it I highly recommend this location. Thank you so much for making my daughter's experience and our experience so memorable we will forever be grateful!

Having just moved here from Asia, I hadn’t realised I had to make an appointment so the owner kindly squeezed me in the day that I had phoned in. I was very impressed that throughout the 45mins and more session, not once were we rushed through the huge selection and dressing process and I do appreciate that there were only 2 other daughters trying on outfits at the same time. All the ladies came to check on my daughter to offer help with zipping , alterations and the advise given were genuine and helpful.
There is a lighting section with a platform and mirrors so we could see how the lights would fall on the dress when photos were taken. There was also another platform with just mirrors cleverly positioned so that different angles of the dress could be seen.
The warmth of the Prom Affair’s owner and the ladies helping made this a very special experience for my daughter choosing her grad dress. I highly recommend Prom Affair.

A Prom Affair had a great selection of dresses with a range of prices. The service was exceptional and we did not feel at all rushed even when my daughter tried on the same dresses multiple times to compare. We would definitely recommend.

What an unbelievable and easy experience to shop in this store. The selection is amazing, every colour and style you can imagine for gowns. The service was absolutely incredible and made our grad experience that much more special. The lady who helped us was amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable and made the process so easy. Prices were fair, store was clean and organized and we were tended to with her focused just on us. Amazing experience and will definitely be going back.

Wow! What a great experience. I booked an appointment here to look for a non-traditional wedding dress. I advised ahead my size and what I was looking for. When I showed up there was already a rack of dresses picked out!! I literally did not even choose one dress from the racks myself. Talk about first class service :) My budget was respected and I only went $50 over to get an amazing dress that I am so very happy with. There were many amazing dresses at really great prices. Tammy was absolutely amazing and we didn't feel rushed in the slightest. I had time to try on my favorites multiple times to make my final decision. I had my 5 month old daughter with me and even when I had to feed her during our visit, Tammy was completely understanding and accommodating. Thank you so much!

We loved our experience here. All of the ladies were so helpful and kind. We loved the dresses were all spread out and not crammed in. So, they were easy to go through.

My daughter and I came to prom afair after trying 6 other store feeling overwhelmed til we got here. The lady was very pleasant right from the start.
