What is your return policy?

Everything purchased in our store is a Final Sale.

All styles showing " In Stock" are ready to ship!! Some styles are subject to availability and have a pre-determined ship date. Customer service will contact you about exact delivery dates once your order is placed. Please ensure your wear date is accurate when placing an order.

Are the dresses authentic?

We are an authorized dealer for the designers listed on our website. We travel to each exclusive fashion show and hand select the best styles to stock. You can also find us listed on the designers 'Where To Buy' or 'Store Locator' section of their website.

When should I order my dress?

Order your dress sooner than later! Stock availability changes daily and designers can move around potential ship dates. You also need to consider lead time for alterations and purchasing accessories.

What is a special order?

Special order items are styles specially ordered from the designer. It can take between 6 - 12 additional weeks to arrive once ordered. Please get measured properly and use the designer size chart on our website.

How do I determine my size?

Each designer has its own measurements. You can locate the size chart to each dress under its image on our website.

Can I order a dress to my specific measurements?

We cannot accommodate custom made requests as each designer has their own pre-determined sizing and measurements guideline.

Can you check stock over the phone?

We can let you know what is available in store as well as let you know the expected delivery date if ordered directly from the designer.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment as well as E-transfer.

How do I use the search option of your site?

You can search any style by typing in the search tab the style number, you can also search by color and designer.

When should I start shopping for my prom dress?

It is never too early to start shopping for your prom dress. We start receiving the dresses for the current year in September. We suggest shopping early to ensure availability of your favourite dress!

Are you an authorized retailer?

Yes we are an authorized retailer, we have been working with the designers that we carry for many years.

Are prices the same on your website and in your store?

Our website is shown in USD, however our in store prices are in CAD as we are located in Canada.
